ADOPTED ADR-RID-ADN 2015
The directive 2014/103/UE of November 21st 2014 Committee has been adopted, which upgrades for the third time to the scientific and technical progress the enclosures of the directive 2008/68/CE of the European Parliament and of the Board concerning the domestic transportation of Dangerous Goods.
The implementation of the Regulations ADR / RID / ADN 2015 is mandatory within the Italian State as well.
Transition period foreseen up to 30th June 2015.
