2023 IATA DGR Manual updates

IATA DGR has released the new addendum it is the 64th edition. There are many new dispositions, and these are the most significant ones:

Chemical oxygen generators are forbidden for transport when they have passed their expiration date, have been used or are unserviceable;
A new Packaging Instruction has been added in Y203 section. This instruction applies to Limited Quantities of aerosols and UN 2037;
In the Packaging Instruction Section 970 there are new additional requirements in the 2nd section classified by the code 5.0.2.12.1.;
Until 31 March 2023, shippers may continue to use UN 1169, Extracts, aromatic, liquid and UN 1197, Extracts, flavoring, liquid as shown in the 63rd Edition of these Regulations;
“Dangerous goods checklist” now includes the new following verifiable special provisions: A176, A224, A225.
